ESBN: C60-802C-2c45-72D3
Description:

This collection of audit questions addresses the requirements of OSHA's Process Safety Management standard (29 CFR 1910.119) and the EPA's Risk Management Program Regulation Title 40 Part 68.

The protocols are easy to use. The following guidelines are followed:

  • No protocol is more than two pages in length.
  • A consistent format is used throughout.
  • Reference links to standards and technical reference works are provided
  • Guidelines for completing the protocols and checklists are provided.
